CHENGMING Electric: Over 14 Years of Power Equipment Manufacturing Experience Serving Russia and CIS Markets
In December 2025, CHENGMING Electric participated in the International Power Grid Technology Exhibition (МФЭС) in Moscow, showcasing a series of products including dry-type transformers (сухие трансформаторы), prefabricated substations (комплектные трансформаторные подстанции / КТП), and oil-immersed transformers (масляные трансформаторы).
During the exhibition, we communicated with professional visitors and potential customers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and other CIS countries, and established initial connections with multiple design institutes, energy enterprises, and electrical equipment manufacturers.
What We Showcased at the Exhibition
CHENGMING Electric was established in 2011, with a factory area of 20,000 square meters and more than 80 employees, including nearly 20% engineering and technical staff. All production processes—from core cutting, coil winding, vacuum casting to final assembly and testing—are completed in our own factory. We are equipped with slitting lines, cross-cutting lines, vacuum casting equipment, fully automatic foil winding machines, and multi-channel partial discharge testing instruments.
Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with GOST, IEC, and GB standards, and we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification systems.

We design products in accordance with customer requirements and GOST 15150 standards. The equipment can adapt to climate category U1 (-45°C to +40°C).
2. Whether active parts can be supplied
Yes. CHENGMING Electric supports supplying transformer active parts (активные части трансформатора: core + windings) separately, helping local partners complete local assembly and optimize procurement and logistics costs.
3. Whether customized design based on drawings is available
Yes. After receiving customer drawings and technical requirements, we usually provide an initial solution and quotation within 2 working days.

Based on the results of this exhibition, CHENGMING Electric plans to continue focusing on power industry exhibitions in Russia and CIS countries in 2026, and further improve Russian-language materials and website infrastructure to provide more efficient communication for local customers.
