The GGD type low voltage fixed Switchgearis suitable for power users such as power plants,substations,industrial and mining enterprises,etc.It is used in distribution systems with AC frequency of 50Hz,rated operational voltage of 380V,and rated curent up to 6300A.This switchgear serves the purpose of power conversion,distribution,and control for equipment related to power,lighting,and distribution.The product has high breaking capacity,a flexible scheme,convenient combination,practicalty,and a novel structure.It is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switch cabinets in China.
This product complies with standards such as GB7251.12-2013 Low-voltage Switchgear and control equipment and EC61439 "Low-voltage Switchgear and control equipment."

Main Busbar; For rated currents up to 1500A,a single copper busbar is used.
For rated currents exceeding 1500A,double copper busbars are used.
The busbar joints are treated using a tinning process.

b.The HD13BX and HS13BX types of rotary-operated knife switches are specially designed components to meet the unique structure requirements of GGD cabinets.They change the operating mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of older products,representing a practical and innovative type of electrical component.
c.If the design department chooses new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs,it generally won't cause manufacturing and instllation difficulties for GGD cabinets due to their good installation flexibility.
d.To further improve the dynamic stability of the cicuit,GGD cabinets use special ZMJ-type composite busbar clamps and insulating supports.Thee busbar clamps are made of high-strength,fame-retardant PPO composite material,which is thermoplasticmolded.The insulating support is a sleeve- type molded structure,with low cost,high strength,solving the defect of insufficient creepage distance in previous products.
