    Technical Specifications:

    The GGJ series low-voltage capacitor cabinets/automatic reactive power compensation units consist of CVT-18 series measurement and control units, MIT series dynamic compensation modules, busbar systems, protection systems, and cabinets. The measurement and control unit measures reactive power and, based on preset parameters, performs asynchronous automatic switching via the HKT solid-state rapid inrush-free switching device to precisely implement three-phase and phase-by-phase reactive power compensation.

    1. Highly Intelligent Measurement and Control

    The measurement and control unit employs DSP technology to measure various parameters, including frequency, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, and harmonic components. It enables asynchronous automatic switching and provides alarm and protection functions for harmonic over-limits, voltage over-limits, and system oscillations.

    2. Economical, Safe, and Reliable

    Utilizing GGJ series compensation capacitors with built-in discharge resistors, the system incorporates advanced technologies such as self-healing and varistors, ensuring a long service life and strong overload capacity. It minimizes the risk of accident escalation and is free from pollution, explosion, and fire hazards.

    3. Zero-Crossing Fast Switching Technology

    The use of zero-crossing switching technology eliminates the inrush current surges associated with traditional contactor switching, significantly extending the service life of the capacitors. This is particularly effective in load environments with rapid voltage fluctuations caused by reactive power, where it reduces voltage oscillations, maintains a stable voltage level, increases transmission capacity, and reduces losses.
